Summer is finally here on the hillside as the lavender is blooming. Buena List and Royal Velvet blooming, and Grosso stems get taller and more purple each day.
Our Grosso from last summer was distilled by Bill in late June - he did a great job! Took a class from John with Carmel Lavender and is ready again to distill this year. Our oil last year rendered an even more fragrant oil than the year before. From this process the steam is also collected creating a lavender hydrosol, a wonderful floral, herbal water with many therapuetic uses. We will be selling our products at upcoming festivals and events so check below for details.
You may contact us for small group opportunities to visit the hillside and experience boutique lavender farming next spring.
